For the past few years, there has been some study on the secret of longevity. Many research scientists found out that after 70 years of age, the body was able to store more fluid and energy, and it could recover it all faster.

In contrast, there was some research that had shown that after less than 40 years, the body had lost the ability to recover the fluids stored and energy stored.

In other words, people were no longer able to store enough energy to fuel themselves, even if they consumed enough fluid from diet and exercise, or used it in the body’s cell structure.

However, in the past few years, we all know that the body is able to store more energy. This is known as the secret of longevity. We see scientists now doing experiments to prove this for a living.

So while there is some debate, here is a list of the best foods for rejuvenation. It is not absolute by any means, but it is a list for the best food for rejuvenation based on personal health, longevity and fitness.

1. Green Food

When life is short, our body will need to use it’s storage capacity to help the immune system to process infection, to prevent aging, or for food to maintain nutrition. We know this has been found to be true in lab studies.

There are many studies that show that when you consume a lot of green foods (e.g. spinach, broccoli, broccoli seeds, greens, and raw nuts), this has a number of beneficial effects.

Green foods have been found to have anti-oxidant properties. This is to say, the green foods have high levels of antioxidants.

One study shows that spinach has an antioxidant compound called sulforaphane which has been linked to fighting cancer, reducing blood cholesterol levels, and preventing heart attacks.

2. Crop / Bean Protein

The more proteins the body has available, the faster it can process those proteins to fuel the body. This has been proven for both animals and humans. Our body processes more protein when it has more protein available. When we get too much protein, we begin to build up, which makes us fat, which will cause a weight gain at a later age.

The same study found that when the body is deficient in essential amino acids (e.g. iron, glutamine, and riboflavin), it can’t process protein properly. It then has a tendency to use these amino acids in conjunction with a protein, which are known to be poor as antioxidants.

Now if you add more protein to your diet, which are commonly found in beans, grains, and legumes (like lentils, peas, rice, bean, and sunflower seeds) for example, the body starts to process this protein faster and it gets a higher amount of amino acids, which results in a higher metabolic rate and improved strength and stamina.

3. Vitamin D

Vitamin D is essential for energy production and well-being. It has been shown to help maintain your body chemistry, such as how quickly your body can process protein to fuel your body. It also seems to help regulate insulin levels, making your blood sugar level lower (in other words it keeps you hydrated).

Vitamin D can also help with your immune system. Studies show that if you’re getting vitamin D through a diet rich in plant foods, then your immune system begins to play a bigger role in protecting you and your body from viruses, fungus, and bacteria. It also stimulates the immune system. This helps protect you and your body from cancer, inflammatory diseases, and other diseases by helping you to be protected from the pathogens that these organisms can attack.

4. Iron

Iron is essential for body health and it should be a part of your diet .Iron is also the essential component for your health and helps protect you against certain diseases by increasing your immune system in general. In addition to iron, calcium and manganese are all considered essential elements, and they are combined with some other nutrients, such as fiber. In other words your body will build up these various minerals and supplements over time to keep you healthy and help you build muscle.

 

5. Vitamin C

Vitamin C helps your body produce energy, while in addition to being an essential part of the body’s immune system, it also helps protect your body from pathogens and cancer. In addition to calcium and magnesium, certain other nutrients can also help prevent disease, and in some cases prevent cancer and inflammation too. Vitamin C is also good for people with low immune system, low B12 levels, and/or have diabetes. Vitamin C also helps protect your bone structure, bones, and teeth from cancer. In addition to vitamin C, vitamin D can help protect your body from certain cancers, and in certain case helps protect your skin from aging. Omega-3’s have long been considered to be a critical nutrient for everything that you eat and also protect your body from certain diseases. The American Heart Association reports that a high level of omega-3’s can help with an aging process that affects your heart, liver and kidney. It is important for your body to be able to metabolize the essential amino acids that your body requires for health and functioning, and also protect you from illness. There are several studies that indicate a low level of omega-3s in the blood can be linked to the development of certain diseases like heart disease, dementia, obesity, cancer, or various other conditions.

6. Calcium

One of the most important nutrients in your diet is calcium because it helps fight inflammation. Calcium plays a crucial role in the body’s blood systems and helps keep your bones strong so you can fight off diseases and injuries in your body, and is involved in several biological processes. One of these is inflammation, which is considered to be a normal part of the natural life of your body. Calcium is also considered to be important in your body’s ability to protect against certain viruses and bacteria and even helps prevent a type of heart disease called angiogenesis. The body will need this nutrient for a number of reasons; in addition to being essential to your health, it helps prevent infections and diseases as well as other conditions like diabetes. For those that have problems with kidney, bone, or brain, the fact that calcium has anti-inflammatory effects is extremely important. This is important for people of older ages who may not be able to properly absorb this nutrient; in their daily diets.

7. Glutamine

Vitamin B1 is a mineral, the same as calcium and magnesium, but the B2 (glutamine) is a mineral, one that the body makes on a regular basis. To be precise, Glutamine is a B vitamin that has a lot of roles, namely it helps control blood pressure and heart rate. It also functions as a neurotransmitter in the brain, it controls the nerves in your body. There are two kinds of glutamine; the normal glutamine made on an empty stomach, and the drug made on your kidneys. Because it is made in the kidneys, it affects your blood pressure and can also affect your heart rate. This is important because it helps you maintain healthy blood pressure and heart rate, it reduces the risk of kidney stones, and it also controls the risk of osteoporosis.

The kidneys can process this mineral on a regular basis, and it actually helps improve your blood pressure in the long run. If you have kidney stone, however, please be aware that this mineral may cause an increase in cholesterol levels and in your blood glucose, and this can also cause an increase in triglycerides and LDL (bad) cholesterol levels.

8. L-Phosphate :

L-Phosphate, also known as L-Pyridoxal phosphate is the second most abundant mineral in your body and it is found in your muscle tissue. It helps keep your blood glucose level in the normal range, keeping it down . It helps to keep your blood pressure in the normal range and also controls your heart rate. The problem is that when you combine it with magnesium, then your blood pressure is also raised and you get an increase in LDL cholesterol. The calcium, magnesium, and other nutrients are the only way to remove the excessive calcium from your body and control the LDL cholesterol levels. I think it’s probably better to combine these together with some L-Phosphate, and get it down to 6.5 – 7.5.

9. Zinc:

Zinc is a natural and extremely important mineral. It helps maintain the blood structure and maintains the cell membranes, maintaining cellular structure and maintaining cellular integrity. It also can have a protective effect against bacteria, viruses, and foreign substances. It protects the cell from damage. It allows the body to fight off stress hormones, like cortisol and adrenaline, causing you to get tired quickly. It protects the body from diseases such as diabetes, cancer, arthritis, and HIV/AIDS. It also is important in controlling your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, triglycerides, and LDL cholesterol levels.
